Wendy and Beth begin a deep dive into the early life and crimes of the St. Louis Video Strangler, AKA Maury T. Travis. Mr. Travis is an American serial killer who tortured and murdered women while videotaping it. His crimes took place in Ferguson Missouri and in Illinois. He had 12 to 17 victims. Here are the Names of the Victims who were identified: Mary Shields 62; Alysa Greenwade 34; Teresa Wilson 36; Betty James 46; Verona Thompson 36; Yvonne Crues 50; Brenda Beasley 33. We also get into the history of St. Louis from the civil rights movement to the crack epidemic and how race plays a part in all of it.
