Well, they've remade The Crow. I'm not sure who asked for this considering most of the movie-going public has probably never even seen the movie and for many of those who have, it holds a special place in their heart. A place that probably hides a bit of teenage angst and / or trauma. A place that they probably don't want opened up and mined for dollars. But I guess this is just for the people in the goldilocks zone of the fandom, who don't identify with the movie enough to be offended by a remake.
