Suzanne Dickson about obesity prevention and hormones, food choice and eating addiction

In this episode we visit Suzanne Dickson, professor of physiology, and have a conversation about obesity and how to prevent it. When there are almost unlimited amount of food in the supermarket, the question really is why we are not gaining more weight? What part does the hormones ghrelin and dopamine play in our body when we overeat? What are the best ways of preventing obesity? Suzanne also introduce the concept of "the set point for body weight" and helps us sort out the difference between food addiction and eating addiction.
