In August of 2022, Breanna Muriwai’s waterlogged handbag was found on her grandmother's lawn, prompting a search at a local beach At the time of her disappearance, Breanna was 22 years old. She was 5’2” with a small build. She is of Maori descent, and had shoulder length brown hair. Police don’t believe she is still alive.
