I question the assumption that psychic ability, is invalid, and that psychic ability is fiction. Our culture offers no option for neutral, direct conversation about psychic ability colloquially, many just don't talk about it. Some create us as cartoon like targets, for their jokes, or make money on their podcast platform, at our expense.

The strength & aggression, of the cultural bias against psychics [which is gendered, as any Google search of the word "psychic" under the Images tab, proves], and the lack of awareness, re: projection/transference, needs to be explored.
