38 - Lucrezia Borgia - Victim or Vixen?

Lucrezia Borgia, the illegitimate daughter of Rodrigo Borgia, also known as Pope Alexander VI, is one of the most infamous women in history. Immortalised in art & literature as an incestuous, poisoning murderess, the true story of a woman caught in the ambitions of the men in her life has been bent and twisted since the Renaissance.

Was she really a killer, or was she just a pawn and victim of the patriarchy?
