Morning Routine To Become A Powerful Manifestor

Today, I'm recording solo, first thing in the morning. Why? Because I want to talk to you about morning routines and creating a structure for how you spent the rest of your day. This change has created a massive shift in my life and I want to share this nugget with you, in support of your soul mission and a way to naturally bring love to your body.

In this episode, I share the importance of sleep as a primer for morning routines, and how morning routines emit a frequency of gratitude and love. I illustrate the need for intention in this practice, and how mornings are the magic hour for connecting to the earth and ourselves. I also mention additional morning routine supports, like journaling, lemon water, and the power of healing frequencies. This is all to allow the universe to conspire to follow what the mind has conjured up.

I hope today's episode just gave you what you needed to just reignite that spark to reignite these patterns and these rituals. I have no doubt this is going to help you, your friend, and your family members. I love being with you this morning, and at any time of the day where you are.
