Episode 38: Ian Lawton - GB Duathlete, Coach and Jon-Jo's nemesis at the Sunday League XC

Two Men on the Run are back again, this week joined by GB Duathlete and Triathlete, Mersey Tri's Ian Lawton.

Ian talks to the men about his early day's as a Liverpool Harrier and his time out of the sport after being told by a doctor he'd never compete again, before returning to take on not only running but adding swimming and cycling to the mix as well.

The Men talk about the art of training and competing over three disciplines and managing time between all three, work and family.

Plus as always the men ask Ian the tough questions on a couple controversial topics such as shoe and bike technology and possible 'short courses' in the Tri world!
