Rachel Mellon-Skemp
In 1996, 13-year-old Rachel Marie Mellon-Skemp stayed home sick from school. By the end of the day, she, along with a blanket and two pillows from her bed, had vanished into the freezing Illinois winter. There were no witnesses and no trail leading to where Rachel may have gone, and the only story we have comes from the last person to see her alive. Rachel Marie Mellon-Skemp was last seen on January 31st, 1996, in Bolingbrook, Illinois. She is Asian and White with black hair and hazel eyes. At the time of her disappearance, her hair was shoulder length, she was about 5 feet tall, and weighed approximately 80lbs. Rosemary Brown and Melissa Trussell
On Saturday, May 13, 2000, in Adelaide, South Australia, a mother and her teenage daughter were last seen leaving their home at 2:30 a.m. We don’t know why or what happened to them after that. What we do know is that one of them was murdered, and the other remains missing to this day. On a cold morning in 2011, Julia Biryukova pulled her car to the side of the road, claiming it ran out of gas. She says she left her 2-year-old son, Sky, asleep in the vehicle while she took her 4-year-old daughter to get help. When she returned, Sky was gone. What followed was a case that has continued to stun the local community and, really, the nation for nearly 15 years. 2-year-old Sky Metalwala was reported missing from Bellevue, Washington, on November 6, 2011. At that time, he was 2’10” tall and weighed approximately 30lbs. He is biracial with black hair and brown eyes.
