Today I am discussing the case of missing 20-month-old Ayla Reynolds. According to Ayla’s father Justin DiPietro, on December 16, 2011, he put her to bed at 8pm and when he woke up she was gone. Justin and his family are convinced that Ayla was abducted. However, law enforcement quickly dispelled this theory and accused Justin and those in the house the night Ayla went missing of knowing more than they are sharing with investigators. Despite some pretty damning evidence, years of fighting and lawsuits, and this quite literally this becoming the largest search for a missing person in the history of the state of Maine, Ayla’s case remains unresolved. Tara’s case captivated the nation when a Polaroid of a woman who many still believe is Tara was found in 1989. This case has remained unsolved for decades. Despite living in her home on 100 acres that she deemed a fortress due to her extensive security measures, in 2017 her house was burned to the ground with Nanette inside of it.
