S1 Ep6: #6 Feeding Your Newborn with Shel Banks

In this episode we talk all things infant feeding with expert Shel Banks. Shel specialises in unsettled babies, disturbed sleep, formula feeding and faltering growth and is also an Internationally Board Certified Lactation Consultant based in the northwest of England.

I came across her because of a Channel 4 Dispatches show – The Great Formula Milk Scandal. One of the things I really liked about Shel’s approach is that she is a) clearly very experienced and b) non judgmental about breast or formula feeding which I think is really important.
