Stress is a very common triggers for men to slip back into their pornography addiction.

The problem is that stress never goes away in life.

So if you don't know how to process it differently, it's going to make it really hard to find freedom from pornography addiction if you've been using it to cope with stress.

The new science on stress can help you avoid slips by understanding it and knowing how to approach it differently.
