SELF-JUDGEMENT PERCEPTION(MY EXPLANATION ON SELF-JUDGEMENT)

We all know that self-judgement is perceived when you get to have thoughts about certain issues and how you attach yourself to such thoughts.

In this episode I get to share my thoughts on the topic, of course, with the help of some research details. We did our information digging. The me, myself and I who needs to share the content.

My explanation on this topic, self-judgement, seeks to reveal to all of you that there are a certain number of people who may have, willingly or unwillingly contributed to your negative perception of yourself.

The journey of finding out why you are always so harsh on yourself will mean you got to dig deeper into your past. I wish all of you the best of luck.

I got to find out mine and I am still learning to appreciate and embrace the person I have become. Let us walk together on this journey.
