Episode 6: The Paradoxum Approach

This week we are diving into the Paradoxum Approach model. Join us as we discuss and provide tangible examples and insight for each of the 6 key principles:

1) In-Depth Discovery allows us to obtain a deep understanding of your business, culture, goals, objectives, issues, problems and economic opportunities.

2) Advantageous Perspective identifies and maximizes leverage. We view information through multiple lenses, engaging whole systems thinking, identifying cultural trends, and analyzing consumer behaviors.

3) Holistically Designed Strategies that are guided by regenerative principles, including prosperity and actionable equity. We determine cost, ROI, technical requirements and helpful tools to create scalable models and designs to enhance existing strategies, not impede them.

4) Creation of Collectives that catalyze action. We identify key agents, stakeholders and potential partners. We build strong, mutually beneficial and productive alliances.

5) Implementation + Integration from policy to action plans and procedures. We support policy management, training and coaching. Strategy integration is engaged through branding, stories and marketing.

6) Refinery perfects and improves outcomes through ongoing support, assessments, feedback, reviews and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
