When he turned 20 he went to live with the Mayans and by doing so he got fired up to embark on a mission to create a better future for all of us. He started out as an activist but then he went into founding a business when he and a friend got a brilliant idea within outdoor wear.

Jo Egil Tobiassen is today the founder and CEO of Northern Playground, with a dream to make less consumption sexy. They have even come to be called the little brother of Patagonia, so definitely a company to watch.
