As we crack open this bottle of cab sav - simultaneously breaking our ‘dry January’ resolution, we discuss whether our never-ending quest towards self-improvement, something which is never more prevalent than at the beginning of a new year, is actually just making us hate ourselves. Should we throw out our self help books in favour of giving less of a shit? Plus, if our recent digital detoxes are anything to go by, 2020 looks to be the year of being ‘medium online’ - where we’re not completely offline but not living on there, either. And why all men should follow Obama's suit and watch 'Little Women.'
