In 2014, he established DECO Wines Limited, a boutique wine importing company with a main focus on Italian wines in Hong Kong. Alan has been climbing up the Vinitaly International Academy ladder since 2020, it was an unforgettable journey from Maestro to Ambassador and to Expert. He is currently the Master of the Knights of Alba (Cavalieri del Tartufo e dei Vini di Alba) Hong Kong Delegation.
