5:7 Church: Positive Dominant

I think the truest thing we can say of God is that S(H)e is love. And the fundamental characteristic of love? It's consent. It feels week, but I suspect it’s the weakness that makes it strong. The weakness of consent is the strength of love. And it’s the thing that can help us move from a negative to positive dominant mindset in the church.

-The Girardian resource I want to highlight this week is the online site http://girardianlectionary.net. If you teach or preach, it is an indispensable resource.

-The tunes “Losing It” and “Part of the Game” by Velveteen are both used on this episode. You can find those at epidemicsound.com. Other samples and music are provided by landr.com or me.
