7. How to love your body RIGHT NOW

"How can I love myself when I'm at the goal, if I don't love myself along the way?" One of my client's asked me this the other day so today we answer the question of how to ACTUALLY love yourself more.

I'll give you 4 tangible actions to take to start building that relationship and love for YOU no matter where you are in your journey.

Today we cover:

-Looking in the mirror and finding things you really like and appreciate and eventually can build to LOVE

-Standing up for yourself against negative thoughts and beliefs to really change how our brains naturally think. Sounds a little woo woo but it's possible

-Using your goal and future image of yourself to come up with affirmations and thoughts to start using now

-Taking time out of your day to build a relationship with yourself that is STRONG. The big mistake a lot of us make is ignoring ourselves unless we are beating ourselves up.
