Stepping out of the Comfort Zone

We know it's very cosy within the safe confines of home with your tea, chocolate biscuits and Netflix.....

So, why leave?

Today Vic and Hamish find out why it's essential to tip toe out of that very appealing comfort zone when you go sober, share some things they have been afraid of in the past and find a process to use to help get over their irrational worry and really feel the fear and do it anyway.

They hope that by the end of today’s episode you will decide to try something new, replace the booze with an activity or task that you have never done before. They want you to face your fears and understand that by doing so, your sober life will be so much more rewarding than your wonky drunky one!
