Cravings – what they really are and how to not have them 22nd jan

In this week's episode, Hame and Vic simplify what a long-lasting healthy sobriety really boils down to.

Can you replace a bad habit with a good one and can you deal with cravings without caving in.

(Of course its not quite as simple as that but its a good place to start!)

In this week's episode you will be walked through what a craving truly is, why they have nothing to do with the alcohol itself and what you need to do combat them! We will even offer you a bit of advice should you give into one and relapse.

We can only apologise for the amount of times we collapsed into fits of giggles during this episode. Vic was jet-lagged, we hadn't seen each other in over a week and things seemed to snowball from there.

All I will say is Coca Cola and Muff, Unlucky Trousers and Vic's Mum's Feet...
