WARNING! How Going Cold Turkey Could Kill You!

Don't give up alcohol... Alright, maybe we are being slightly facetious.

(Anyone else get one of those word a day calendars this year...no...just me?

Giving up a serious drinking habit cold turkey can lead to some pretty awful and even fatal results.

Allow us to introduce you to the slightly terrifying world of Alcohol Withdrawal Symptom or AWS.

Firsly, this is not an excuse for you to NOT give up drinking. You will still need to do that I'm afraid. In today's episode we will guide you through exactly how you need to approach it in the safest way possible.
