How to Keep Your Social Battery Charged in Your Sobriety

Have you noticed how your social life changes once you go sober?

The things that you used to love doing...like gurning in a field all night to repetitive trance music...aren't quite filling your cup anymore.

The whole process of re-learning what you ACTUALLY enjoy doing whilst socialising sober can take years...and a lot of boring nights feeling out of place!

In today's episode Hame and Vic attempt to fast track this lengthy process for you by sharing the lessons they have learnt the hard way!

You might find you prefer cafes to pubs or walks to raves...or you might be able to do exactly what you used to do only for a tenth of the time!
