The number of people charged with human trafficking in Australian Federal Police is growing year on year.

We’re talking about forced marriage, sexual exploitation, child trafficking, forced labour, domestic servitude and even slavery.

In this episode of the Briefing, we’re joined by Justine Nolan is a Professor in the Faculty of Law and Justice at UNSW Sydney and Director of the Australian Human Rights Institute, to take a deep dive on what constitutes human trafficking and why, despite increased awareness, it keeps growing year on year
