new chapters and fresh starts

EP15 - hey guys! it's nearly september which can mean a lot of change which can obviously be scary and unnerving OR it can be seen as endless possibilities and a chance to get excited about all the opportunities available to you. i talk about making new friends, learning to accept the end of a previous chapter, learning to unlearn previous mindsets when returning to old environments and so much more, i think there is a lot of useful info and value in this episode. remember that you are enough and you can do this, whether it's a new school year, a new job or a huge change in your life like starting uni or going travelling. lots of love x
