Ily Ruiz died last Friday after a family member found her and her mom unconscious in their SUV near their home in Anaheim, California. Police said Sandra Hernandez, Ily's mother, was found in the vehicle with her daughter and empty alcohols bottles. Hernandez now faces criminal charges.
