Jim Shockey is an avid hunter who has been seen on the Outdoor Channel & Sportsman Channel. He has hunted in six continents and 50 countries, and Outdoor Life Magazine has called him "the most accomplished big-game hunter of the modern era." Additionally he served later on in life with the Canadian Armed Forces in the 4th Canadian Ranger Patrol Group. He has a new novel out now called "Call Me Hunter."
