What is the Best Diet for Recovery?

When a recovery plan and a healthy eating plan are combined recovery is better supported and you are providing your body with the tools it needs to move forwards and Ben shares great content on what makes a healthy diet and why. Dietary fats – for cell activity and hormone activity Micro-nutrients are the vitamins and minerals you need. Seeds, nuts and avocados are all sources of healthy unsaturated fats An Omega 3 supplement can be taken if you are eating less than the required amount of fruit and vegetables With chronic conditions moving to a more plant-based diet is important in conjunction with the avoidance of highly processed foods.
