There are certain actions and behaviours that the target of a narcissist can adopt to annoy the narcissist sufficiently, that they become deterred from further interactions with the individual target. These actions must only be used where appropriate and with discretion as it is always preferable to withdraw and go no contact once you have identified that you may be dealing with a narcissistic person/npd Narcissist. A Narcissist’s emotional development is not ongoing, it stopped developing in early childhood. A Narcissist is totally unsuitable at the very least because of this issue to be fit/healthy enough to sustain an adult relationship, particularly in the intimate setting. Although outwardly a npd/narcissist can appear to display all the societally acceptable norms of adulthood, their decision making processes are based on the emotional maturity of a young child.
