The dreaded morning after... As the sleepover draws to a close, guest Adam Ray joins Rick back on the beach house couch to discuss the chaos of the night before (a little shout out to Adam’s podcast "About Last Night"). Both feeling a little worn, they try to recollect the evening and discuss the pressure of making a podcast look good, why comedy comes before vanity, and Adam shows us his guitar skills much to the annoyance of neighbors. You’ll know her face from Orange Is The New Black as the endearing Soso, her voice from nearly every cartoon including BoJack Horseman, Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, and Ducktales, and finally you’ll know her... singing from one of my favorite musicals ever, the originating cast of THE WAITRESS (Broadway, baby!) as Dawn Pinkett. Kimiko (spelt Kimiko) joins Rick on the balcony as Quailman (Doug much?) for another "oops, I thought this was the Halloween episode" gag! The two discuss her origins as a precocious child, to Boston Conservatory, and ultimately Broadway (Broadway, baby!) and how her overwhelming anxiety had her choose between TV and musical theater (spelt theatre).
