Oll Obout Ovid! No. 8 - Genus Pan, The Book of the Dead, Vampire Clay, and more!

It's a new episode of OLL OBOUT OVID!, where Witney and B talk all things Ovid.tv! However, this week opens with a discussion of an Ovid-adjacent film, namely GENUS, PAN (2020), Lav Diaz's newest feature which screened on projectr.tv! They follow this with their regular musings on their explorations of the arthouse streaming service, which this week highlight such works as master animation artist Kihachiro Kawamoto's final film THE BOOK OF THE DEAD (2005), as well as a 2014 collection of his early short films, and VAMPIRE CLAY, a Japanese exploitation horror flick.
