Ever since 1999, when Dr. Diamond was diagnosed with familial hypertriglyceridemia, he became interested in cholesterol and statins. His research led him to some shocking conclusions about the history of nutritional research and LDL cholesterol.

In their conversation, Brian, Tro, and David talk about David's research on LDL cholesterol, the effect of statins on coronary calcium, and other relevant studies in the LDL literature.
