In 1939 Clair Young lived with his wife and their children on a farm in Fallowfield Township in southwestern Pennsylvania. In addition to farming, Clair also was a coal miner and a lay preacher of the Gospel. And Clair was hearing voices. Voices telling him to do bad things.
