Our Innermost Self - An Exploration Of The Vijnanamaya & Anandamaya Koshas For Mental Health

In this episode, Breathing Deeply Founder, Brandt Passalacqua is sharing information about our 2 inner koshas - the Vijnanamaya kosha (our unconscious mind) and the Anandamaya kosha (our spirit body or bliss body) in the context of yoga therapy. We have 5 koshas in total which represent the different layers of our being from our physical (outermost layer) body to our spiritual body (innermost layer).
