The past year has been like no other, and Mark Curtin, CEO of The Felix Project, has been working tirelessly alongside an amazing group of volunteers, making sure everyone gets fed.

On this episode, we discuss the overnight impact of COVID for those who are vulnerable, food sustainability and why there’s no excuse to waste food. Mark details the immense work he does to make sure The Felix Project functions at the rate it’s working at, and he delves into some of his very interesting (!) memorable meals!
