59. We are only able to expand our business to the degree we can expand ourselves w/ Amy White

Amy White is a board-certified holistic nutritionist and functional nutrition and lifestyle practitioner. She has been working as a nutritionist, health & weight loss coach for over 12 years. Throughout this time Amy has come to understand that most health and body weight frustration is the often the result of an internal communication problem. Once proper communication with the body is restored excellent health and a happy body weight become the natural result of living and enjoying everyday life.

Amy’s highlights and takeaways:

Initially was a conventional medicine fail and daughter had a lot of gut issues
That sparked her to figure out what the issues are with her daughter
Her daughters diagnosis was always ‘fine’ but she knew it wasn’t
She was experiencing inconsistent revenue and not charging enough despite being an expert of 12 years in the nutritional field
We identified that she was using the business as a projection of her inner wounds of needing to visible and seen as a helper
The limiting factor in her business was actually the sabotaging factors that her inner wounding was causing and the business would not grow past her projections
Amy was able to walk away with the awareness that business could never ‘fill the hole in her soul’ and that work would be separate from the business building she was wanting
