What In The World Is A Panaffle?

What In The World Is A Panaffle?

What is a panaffle? It is a cross between a pancake and a waffle. My recipe has ZERO GLUTEN, and it is very good for you. Here is the recipe for CAROL'S PANAFFLES -

2 scoops of pea protein powder (or protein powder of your choice)
dash of salt

Mix together.

In blender or Vitamix add
3 cracked eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla
10 drops Sweet Leaf Liquid Stevia
3 tablespoons nut butter (almond, walnut, pecan - try to stay away from peanut butter)
1/4 cup almond milk
five pitted dates

Process these ingredients until smooth, and then add protein powder mixture. Pour 1/3 cup of the panaffle batter into DASH MINI WAFFLE MAKER, cook for 2-3 minutes. SO VERY GOOD. Here are the links for both the protein powder (https://amzn.to/3iCYBvJ) and the DASH MINI WAFFLE MAKER (https://amzn.to/3nqvKOA).
