My guest founder this week is Ben Gallagher from B+A - a research and strategy consultancy.

Ben began his career as a journalist working at the intersection of youth culture and politics on the team that launched Sir David Frost’s seminal magazine programme with Al Jazeera International. Following this he worked as a strategist at a number of leading London advertising agencies before crossing to a client side role at Nike UK. After 3 years leading the Insight and Creative Strategy team at the Nike Foundation (Nike’s Corporate Foundation). Ben launched B+A with his co-founder Andrew Missingham. Throughout his varied career the constant thread has been a constant ambition to understand the truth of the human experience and how this can be shaped to create a better world in the future.

In this epsiode we look back over the 8 years of the company's history to understand what lay the foundations for the success they enjoy today - doing great work with an array of incredible clients - and fundamentally solving problems for them.
