An Ungrateful Child (Ep. 14)

So here I am... 29 years old and I’ve never experienced the loss that comes with the passing of a loved one. In many ways that is a tremendous blessing. Instead of being grateful for such a blessing, I took it for granted. For 29 years, the one thing that I knew I had a lot of was time. When I would choose work over family, I would always tell myself that when I “made it” I would be able to spend time with them and create memories. It never occurred to me that I was missing out on creating memories in the moment of NOW.

We don't truly know the value of a memory, until that memory is all that we have left.

Be grateful for each moment....in each moment...TAKE IT ALL IN!

As we continue to explore this Realm of Loss together, I am discovering a lot about myself and it is my sincere hope that you find something in this work to be inspired by.
