I wanted to create a short podcast on trace minerals and the two trace minerals linked to living to be one hundred years old.

According to an interesting study on Chinese people who lived to be one hundred years old, the two best trace minerals for longevity seem to be zinc and copper.

Copper and zinc make up the enzyme SOD (superoxide dismutase). This enzyme is involved in longevity. You don’t need them in large quantities, but without them, your health will suffer.
