Today, I want to talk about the ketogenic diet and how to get your spouse on keto.

There are a lot of different viewpoints when it comes to the keto diet. So, maybe you want to do healthy keto, but your spouse is rejecting the idea. What do you do?

• Find out what they want to handle. Is it weight loss, inflammation, more energy, or more focus? The ketogenic diet can give them all of that, and that’s what you should focus on.

• Keep it easy for them to implement and have some success. When it comes to keto for beginners, start with dirty keto and gradually get into healthy keto and intermittent fasting. What’s most important is that they are on a low carb high-fat diet with moderate protein.
