Journeying Through the Kundalini Awakening with Juuso Hämäläinen

I am honoured to share the space here today with my husband, Juuso Hämäläinen to talk about the spiritual path, growing alone and together, and the benefits of having community around for support (even if within a digital space like GUIDED).

In this episode, Juuso tells his story of spiritual awakening, growth, and we also explore kundalini awakening for the first time on this show — something he and I have been going through on a daily basis since 2016.

We are grateful to share these stories and wisdom with you and hope it brings you peace, an invitation to grow with others, and shines Light on the deep blessings that the entire spiritual path truly is — even the uncomfortable moments.
