Working with Your Shadow Side -- How To Love All Of You

Carl Jung defined the shadow self as unconscious aspects of the personality that the ego doesn't want to identify with. But he taught that once we can learn to recognize these unloved parts of ourselves, we can truly begin to heal and become awakened to truth. "Everyone carries a shadow," Jung wrote, "and the less it is embodied in the individual's conscious life, the blacker and denser it is." After this hour, you will learn to bring light to the shadow side and welcome in unconditional self-love so that you truly can Be The Light.
