I tried to win a one-day argument about feeding the dog by claiming it was my sister's day. In so doing, I accidentally inaugurated a system that stuck me with not only the day in question, but a bunch more extras as well. My family doggedly (pun intended) stuck to that system for years and overcame every objection by me with the, frankly correct, argument that I was the one who had chosen it. Need help to do a flip?
