The Grieving Season

Tune in today as we share the current seasons of grieving. KB sends another son to live in Iowa. Steph is nearing 6 months of sobriety and leaning that it truly feels like a loss after it being such a part of her life for so long.

Often times we share our seasons when we are on the other side but we are learning to be in the “now” with you, our amazing listeners.

Depression can be one of the stages of grief. We like to constantly share the importance of exercise and filling your cup through each season of life.
