When it comes to stock markets all that one needs is an investing strategy that works all the time, that makes you sleep well and that doesn't require too much. That is what I do. In a normal stock market environment, I am usually invested 80%. After a crash I'll go to 100% invested. If something becomes cheaper and cheaper, I'll easily go to 125% invested through a bank loan or something. But, then the bargains should really be once in a decade bargains.
