September 16th, 2009 - 24 year old Mitrice Richardson is briefly detained by deputies for not paying her bill at Geoffrey's restaurant on the Pacific Coast Highway. After midnight she is released from the Malibu/ Lost Hills Sheriff's station. She is without her car, purse and cellphone. She simply sets off on her own without provisions and walks off into the darkness. A little after 6am a trespasser matching Mitrice's description is spotted in the backyard of a home in Cold Canyon. Was this Mitrice? Regardless Mitrice was sent out into the dark, alone with no transportation in an area that she is unfamiliar and she disappears. Tonight we look for Mitrice Richardson and ask who could have taken her?
