Laura Vaughan has a large role at MacKay CEO Forums as a Forum Chair leading multiple CEO and executive peer groups, as well as taking on the Regional Director role in the province of Ontario. Laura led Atlas Block, a $40 million manufacturing business specializing in concrete products, for 8 years, navigating challenges during the 2008 economic crisis. Currently, Laura is the CEO of carrythe3 inc., focusing on creating abundant workplaces. Academics include a CPA designation, a master’s in management and professional accounting, and an Honours degree in Music Performance. Laura is married to Mark, has two children, ages 14 and 12, and is actively involved in running, skiing, and serving on two not-for-profit boards.

Laura is on a mission to help leaders become more competent and confident. In addition to her professional achievements, Laura has conquered personal challenges, including scaling mountains and completing a half-ironman, showcasing her resilience.
