In this week's episode, Nixie Marie sits down with Brookelin Gotlieb (@breathewithbrookelin) who was born in the suburbs outside of Baltimore, Maryland, and was born with a love for all things movement, magic and wellness. From age 3 still to this day, she has had her hand on the ballet barre exploring the benefits that this incredible disciple has to offer. Her love for movement has carried her through her every step. Today, she lives in Denver, Colorado where she is a Master Trainer for Pure Barre.

She also runs her own brand, Breathe with Brookelin where she specializes in teaching people yoga, conditioning, breathing practices, how to have a healthy body image and different lifestyle practices for creating balance and consistency in your everyday rituals. Brookelin specializes in teaching lifestyle practices that calm the chaos of our daily "hustle" culture and create sustainable regular practices for balance. Utilizing the chakras to center, crystals to energize, movement, writing, mediation, and yoga to ground and awaken. By incorporating these actions each day you will allow your inner and outer being to align.

Brookelin believes that movement is medicine and that words are power and she invites you to take a deep breath in and a slow exhale out into new possibilities.
