Ye’s Former Assistant Accuses Him of Drugging and Sexual Assault in Amended Lawsuit

Ye’s Former Assistant Accuses Him of Drugging and Sexual Assault in Amended Lawsuit

Kanye West, known in the music industry as Ye, is facing new allegations from his former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, who claims he drugged and sexually assaulted her. Pisciotta, who previously sued the rapper for sexual harassment, wrongful termination, and breach of contract, has filed an amended complaint in California, according to documents obtained by USA TODAY.

In the filing, Pisciotta accuses Ye of engaging in multiple instances of sexual misconduct, claiming that he "touched, groped, fondled, grabbed and forced himself in and on" her without her consent. She further asserts that these alleged incidents began even before her formal employment with Ye. Pisciotta recounts one such instance in which she says the rapper invited her to a studio session he co-hosted with Sean “Diddy” Combs. During this event, Pisciotta alleges that she was given a drink laced with an unknown drug, which left her “heavily impaired.” According to her complaint, she awoke the following day with no memory of what had happened. Initially, Pisciotta says she did not suspect anything inappropriate occurred until years later, when Ye referenced the night, mentioning that they “hooked up.” This conversation led her to conclude she had been drugged and assaulted by him that evening.

A representative for Ye, in a previous statement to *Rolling Stone*, refuted the allegations, describing Pisciotta’s claims as “blackmail and extortion.” The statement claimed she was “terminated for being unqualified, demanding unreasonable sums of money (including a $4 million annual salary),” and engaging in “lascivious, unhinged conduct.” Ye's legal team further accused Pisciotta of attempting to use “sexual coercion” to extract money and material items from him.

The amended complaint goes on to describe an alleged incident in July 2021 while Pisciotta was on a work trip with Ye. According to Pisciotta, Ye showed up at her hotel room, claiming he needed to use her shower because his was not working. Once inside, she alleges, he dropped his towel and attempted to force himself on her. She says he pushed her onto the bed and attempted to “forcefully thrust his naked body” onto her, despite her visible distress and repeated pleas for him to stop. The complaint states, “(Pisciotta) was very clearly unwilling, non-consenting and visually upset at Kanye West a.k.a Ye for the battery, gender violence and sexual assault.”

Throughout her time working for Ye, Pisciotta alleges that she endured “constant” sexual harassment, noting that she had expressed her lack of interest in a relationship with him. The complaint claims she received numerous sexually explicit text messages from the rapper, which she has provided as evidence. Pisciotta states that this continued harassment, combined with the alleged assault, left her suffering from “severe anxiety, depression, and overwhelming PTSD.” According to her, Ye eventually fired her in 2022 as retaliation for her complaints and refusal to engage in sexual activities with him.

This lawsuit represents one of several legal challenges Ye currently faces. Just last week, a former employee, identified as “John Doe,” filed a lawsuit against the rapper, alleging infliction of emotional distress, labor code violations, and retaliation. Doe claims that Ye asked him to investigate his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian, and hired private investigators to monitor his current spouse, Bianca Censori. The lawsuit further alleges that Ye threatened to kill Doe. Doe’s attorneys commented on his decision to remain anonymous, stating, “Our client is so fearful of Ye and his erratic, disturbing, and unpredictable behavior that he wishes to remain anonymous for his own safety.”

The allegations against Ye continue to grow as his former employees bring forward accusations of sexual assault, harassment, and violent threats, raising questions about the behavior of one of the music industry’s most controversial figures.

Sean “Diddy” Combs’ 2015 UCLA Altercation Reexamined Amid Ongoing Scrutiny of Rapper’s Past Behavior

Sean “Diddy” Combs’ 2015 UCLA Altercation Reexamined Amid Ongoing Scrutiny of Rapper’s Past Behavior

Sean “Diddy” Combs, the music mogul behind Bad Boy Records, made headlines in 2015 when he was involved in a physical altercation with a UCLA football coach at the Acosta Athletic Training Complex. The incident, which took place while Combs’ son, Justin Combs, was on the UCLA football team, saw Diddy allegedly put the coach in a headlock, briefly choke an intern, and swing a kettlebell at a staff member, according to documents recently cited by the *Los Angeles Times*. Although Diddy was arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon, criminal charges were ultimately not pursued. New scrutiny has been applied to the 2015 incident, reflecting growing public interest in Diddy’s past conduct. As reported at the time, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office declined to prosecute the case, referring it to the City Attorney’s Office for an informal hearing instead. Although details of this hearing remain private, the choice not to prosecute raised questions about celebrity influence within the legal system. Diddy has long maintained that his actions were defensive, with his spokesperson, Nathalie Moar, stating in 2015: “The various accounts of the event and charges that are being reported are wholly inaccurate. What we can say now is that any actions taken by Mr. Combs were solely defensive in nature to protect himself and his son. We are confident that once the true facts are revealed, the case will be dismissed.” The incident reportedly involved UCLA coach Sal Alosi, who had previously faced criticism during his NFL career for tripping a player on the opposing team during a game. Alosi’s prior suspension and subsequent departure from the NFL underscored the controversy surrounding him, adding another layer to the 2015 confrontation. Diddy’s desire to protect his son from what he perceived as unfair treatment is consistent with his outspoken reputation and past behavior. However, the episode also drew attention to the consequences of such intervention. Within the UCLA community, responses to the incident were mixed. Lorenzo Hobbs, a parent of a student-athlete, reflected on Diddy’s behavior, saying, “I think Diddy made the situation worse for his son. You want to protect your child and make sure they get treated fair, but a player needs to develop a relationship with the coach to sort out conflict.” Students on campus shared similar sentiments, with many concerned about the impact of the altercation on Justin Combs’ experience at UCLA. “Diddy’s son is a celebrity on campus whether he likes it or not. And I bet this won’t help him blend in,” said senior Alex Washington. At the time, UCLA’s head football coach, Jim Mora, commented on the incident, underscoring the professionalism of the university’s staff. “This is an unfortunate incident for all parties involved. While UCPD continues to review this matter, we will let the legal process run its course and refrain from further comment at this time.” Diddy’s past interactions with the legal system have come under a renewed lens, with critics questioning whether his influence as a prominent celebrity has shielded him from accountability. His high-profile status and repeated legal entanglements have become a subject of public interest, leading some to wonder if incidents such as the one at UCLA reflect a pattern of behavior. The 2015 altercation at UCLA has since become part of a broader conversation surrounding Diddy’s past, particularly as he remains a significant figure in the entertainment world. For many, it also raises questions about the role of parental involvement in collegiate sports and the pressures placed on student-athletes under the spotlight. Diddy, a Kettlebell, and a Headlock: What Really Happened at UCLA in 2015

Diddy, a Kettlebell, and a Headlock: What Really Happened at UCLA in 2015

On this episode, Tony Brueski digs into the reemergence of a nearly decade-old incident that took place between music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs and UCLA staff. In 2015, Diddy was arrested for allegedly assaulting his son’s football coach, Sal Alosi, putting him in a headlock, and swinging a kettlebell at staff members. While the charges were eventually dropped, the incident is now being reexamined under the shadow of Diddy’s federal sex crime case. Through an exploration of court documents and testimonies, we’ll ask whether this violent outburst was an isolated event or part of a broader pattern of behavior. As Tony delves into the psychological implications and legal consequences, listeners will be left questioning how much power, fame, and entitlement shield those accused from accountability—and whether justice will catch up at last. Diddy's Mom | Her Delusional View Of Diddy

Why is Diddy's legal team using his mom to push a narrative that feels more like a PR stunt than a genuine defense? In a move that left many scratching their heads, Diddy's attorneys released a letter from his mother, where she claims he's the target of a public lynching. But did his mom really write this, or is this just a desperate attempt by Diddy's camp to shift public opinion? In this episode, Tony Brueski and former prosecutor Eric Faddis dive into this bizarre situation, questioning the decision to have his mom publicly defend him. Is this really the best strategy, or does it reek of desperation? From wild accusations against the FBI to painting himself as the victim, the conversation uncovers the chaotic and increasingly unhinged attempts to sway public perception. Diddy's Mom Seems To Be Ready To Go Down With The Ship

Diddy's Mom Seems To Be Ready To Go Down With The Ship

Can a mother’s love really be that blind? Jennifer Coffindaffer dives into the latest on Diddy’s mother’s response to the explosive allegations facing her son. Through his attorneys, Diddy’s mom released a statement defending him, calling it all a “public lynching,” and standing by him despite the disturbing accusations. But was this statement truly her own? Or is Diddy controlling the narrative, even through his own family? Coffindaffer questions the optics of this family unity, especially when it comes with flashy courtroom fashion choices that seem more suited for the VMAs. She dissects the surreal, almost bizarre justifications put forward by the defense, painting Diddy’s alleged actions as consensual escapades. But could Diddy’s mom genuinely be unaware of the alleged hedonism that’s been tied to his name, or is she willingly turning a blind eye for the sake of loyalty, fame, and the benefits that come with it? Are we witnessing a mother’s unwavering support, or is this a case of “see no evil” when it’s most convenient? #Diddy #TrueCrime #JenniferCoffindaffer #HiddenKillers #Cassie #FamilyLoyalty #PublicLynching Want to listen to ALL of our podcasts AD-FREE?
